Who likes quick and easy recipes? {All hands go up now}.  This is one of those questions that just doesn’t need to be asked as I can’t imagine too many people love super complicated recipes that take a long time in the kitchen to make.
Recipes I can make in 10 minutes or less are my favourite during the week – I’m willing to commit a little more time on the weekend.  If you are like me, then you need a go-to list of quick recipes like this easy pineapple mango smoothie bowl that you can be enjoying in just 5 mins.

I like smoothie bowls because sometimes you just want to eat with silverware, even if it is a spoon instead of “drinking” your dinner through a straw. Added bonus: you can top the bowl of delicious smoothie with all of your favourite ingredients. Some of my go to additions include: coconut, chia, granola, cacao nibs, fruit, goji berries, etc.
If you need a little extra protein you can also consider adding some greek yogurt or protein powder to the bowl.

I prefer to use frozen fruit because then your smoothie bowl is almost like eating ice cream or sorbet and can satisfy your sweet tooth. Who doesn’t like a good 2 for 1? See how thick this smoothie is? This is one smoothie that won’t drip off your spoon.
